Registration deadline 19 June. Physical participation for all colleagues of the Max Planck Society, virtual participation in selected parts of the program for everyone!
- Everyone in the Max Planck Society is invited to join to participate physically or virtually!
- For physical participation, the number of participants is limited.
- Selected parts of the program are also open for the public via virtual participation.
- We have a small number of spaces for external participants for physical participation - please get in touch with us if you are not affiliated with the Max Planck Society but want to join the Annual Conference (Speakers will be registered by the Conference Committee): info@susnet.mpg.de.
- In any case, physical or virtual attendance, Max Planck or not, participation is free of charge!
- Please register with your full name (first name & last name) and your institutional e-mail address (for affiliates of the Max Planck Society, please use the Max Planck email address, MPI addresses and other institutions associated with the MPG such as GWDG, caesar etc.) using the link below:
- You will receive an automated e-mail with a personalised link. Please use this link to complete your registration.
- You can also update your registration data later with the personalised link.
- Please check your spam folder, if you don't receive the automated e-mail with the personalised link. If you still can't find the e-mail with the personalised link, try registering again and ensuring that you enter your correct Max Planck e-mail address.
- Please note that some parts of the meeting including the poster session might be recorded. Short clips might be used for a video summary of the meeting intended for publication. We will announce recordings beforehand, and consent to publication can be revoked via email to info@susnet.mpg.de.
- Please take care of your accommodation as soon as possible!
